Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma GED or equivalent business experience is required.
• Experience in developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
• Experience in cash handling.
• General understanding of PC with Windows based applications and calculator.
• Working knowledge of digital technology and ability to educate clients on digital platforms.

• Accepts and accurately processes all financial service transactions while deepening client relationships.
• Identifies and resolves more complex client servicing issues.
• Recognizes financial wellness opportunities and provides tailored guidance.

• Participates in or leads in-person and virtual team huddles and debriefs.
• Follows compliance, audit, and security procedures and balances cash drawers.
• Develops partnerships with branch teammates and partners to grow client relationships.
• Maintains knowledge of product guides, fees, and policies.
