Responsibilities

Grow Membership and Deepen Relationships: onboard new members and handle Visa, consumer loan, and home equity loan applications.
Leverage digital tools to enhance member engagement across online and mobile platforms.
Collaborate with financial advisors, merchant services, and mortgage originators to expand service offerings.
Maintain a polite, professional demeanor in all communications to build trust with members.
Engage in active listening and provide thoughtful, accurate responses to ensure member satisfaction.
Educate members about Credit Union products and services to optimize financial well-being.
Represent the Credit Union at community events and participate in volunteer activities.
