Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent business experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Notary License preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience developing client relationships and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients to uncover financial wellness opportunities and provide guidance.
• Attract new clients and deepen relationships with existing clients.
• Achieve individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals.
• Open personal and business accounts and deposit products.
• Collaborate with branch team and partners to manage referrals.
• Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures.
• Support branch operations including teller duties as needed.
• Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
• Work Saturdays as directed by management.
