Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one coaching sessions in person, via video, or by phone.
• Develop personalized action plans based on individual client needs and circumstances.
• Educate clients on budgeting, debt management, and savings strategies.
• Deliver group workshops and seminars in the community.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and open communication.
• Monitor clients' progress towards financial goals through Dynamics CRM.
• Connect clients with relevant resources and community programs.
• Maintain accurate records of client activities and outcomes in the CRM.
