Operation HOPE is seeking a Financial Wellbeing Coach – Credit & Money Management in Springfield, VA to empower clients through personalized coaching, group workshops, and resource referrals. This full-time professional role reports to the HOPE Inside program operations and focuses on financial literacy and dignity.

The position emphasizes budgeting, debt management, savings strategies, and client relationship building using CRM Dynamics, with in-person, video, or phone coaching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, however, will consider comparable 2+ years of work experience in the financial industry.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint will be required in this position.
• Presentation skills - the right candidate can conduct workshops with a varying number of attendees.
• High-energy individual who demonstrates confidence, accountability, and professionalism while showing integrity and cultural competency.
• Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Financial Coaching: Recruit, build trust, and lead clients to achieve objectives; provide one-on-one sessions in person, via video, or by phone.
• Workshop Facilitation: Deliver group workshops and seminars; build relationships with local partners and communities.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships and monitor progress via Dynamics CRM.
• Resource Referral and Community Engagement: Connect clients with resources and attend community events.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate client activity records and CRM data.
