Job summary

Johns Manville, a Berkshire Hathaway company, is hiring an Accounts Receivable Technician for a hybrid role in Denver, CO. You’ll process AR transactions, verify data, and maintain internal controls while supporting intercompany clearings and inquiries.

The ideal candidate has a high school/technical diploma with 3+ years AR experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, plus SAP/ERP knowledge. Office setting with limited travel.

Qualifications

• High School/Technical School diploma or minimum 3 years accounts receivable experience.

Responsibilities

• Process cash and discounts, research imbalances, and ensure AR codes are correct.
• Ensure internal controls and policies are adhered to.
• Ensure transaction entry verification procedures are followed.
• Answer incoming telephone calls, bank NSF.
• Complete intercompany clearings requested by accounting department.
• May be required to perform other related duties as assigned.

PayRange$59,800.00-$82,300.00AnnualThisisthebasesalarypayrangethatanapplicantcanexpecttomakeuponhire.Paywithinthisrangewillvarybaseduponrelevantexperience,skills,andeducationamongotherfactors.Inaddition,thispositioniseligibleforanincentivebonus.

TheAccountsReceivableTechnicianwillberesponsibleforprocessing,verifying,analyzingandreportingaccountsreceivabletransactions.Thispositionworksonahybridschedule,MondayandFridaysareworkfromhomedaysandTuesday-Thursdayareinofficedays.
