We are partnered with an organization seeking a highly skilled and strategic Finance Technology Lead - EPM to drive the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of their Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAP SAC). This role is critical in aligning financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes with business strategy. The ideal candidate will combine deep financial expertise with technical knowledge of EPM platforms and change management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of EPM solutions (e.g., Oracle Cloud EPM, Anaplan, SAP Analytics Cloud).
• Partner with FP&A, Accounting, and IT leaders to understand requirements and deliver scalable EPM solutions.
• Oversee the management and prioritization of projects and project milestones.
• Drive improvements across financial processes such as planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Serve as the EPM lead on cross-functional projects involving IT, finance, and business stakeholders.
• Manage and oversee data integration between EPM systems and ERP/data warehouse environments.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and insight generation.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, data governance standards, and corporate policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or EPM system implementation/management.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major EPM tool (e.g., Oracle EPM, Anaplan, SAP BPC, Workday Adaptive Planning).
• Strong understanding of financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, consolidations, and reporting.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Project management experience with proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA, CPA, or CMA designation.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP, Workday) or CPM systems (e.g., OneStream, Tagetik)
• Knowledge of SQL, data modeling, or integration tools (e.g., FDMEE, Informatica).
• Change management and user training experience.
