Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Director, Financial Systems & Solutions

About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Financial Systems & Solutions Specialist to serve as the finance lead for strategic business initiatives, including acquisitions, ERP transformations, business expansions, and process modernization efforts across the Americas.
This is a highly visible individual contributor role that sits at the intersection of finance, accounting, ERP systems, manufacturing operations, and project leadership. The successful candidate will act as the primary finance representative for post-acquisition integrations and large-scale business initiatives, ensuring financial processes, transaction flows, controls, and ERP systems are successfully integrated into the organization's operating model.
This is not a traditional accounting role focused on month-end close and it is not an M&A deal execution role. Instead, this position focuses heavily on post-acquisition integration, ERP implementation and migration projects, finance transformation, and process improvement.

- Manage ServiceNow tickets and support requests tied to finance systems activities.
Cross-Functional Project Leadership
