Job summary

Rivet Operations Company LLC in Bellevue, Nebraska is seeking a Financial System Administrator to provide computer systems and financial systems administration in support of the ACC Host Base Comptroller Squadron at Offutt AFB.

The role ensures uninterrupted daily financial operations and long-term system viability through installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, financial applications, and network components.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Tier 3 background investigation for access to classified info.
• IT-II certification and SSBI adjudicated for elevated privileges.
• Ability to obtain DoD CAC for installation/network access.
• Full qualification under DoD 8140 DCWF for System Administrator, Intermediate.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain staff workstations per AFNETOPS guidance.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot financial applications (DEAMS, DTS, CRIS, DJMS, IAPS, JOCAS, ADVANA).
• Provide same-day response to troubleshoot/mechanisms with 8-hour resolution target.
• Manage HQ ACC/FM telecommunications and Government devices.
• Perform general PC/ periferal support and hardware relocation as needed.
• Provide training on Microsoft Office, Windows, Power BI and telework tools.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and disposal in accordance with AFMAN 17-1203.
