Job summary

Doral Renewables LLC in Philadelphia is seeking an Associate of Financial Systems to manage, optimize and maintain the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud financial system. You will bridge IT and Accounting, translating finance needs into technical SAP solutions.

You will collaborate with SAP specialists, support data integrations, ensure security and drive finance transformation initiatives to support Doral’s growing renewable energy portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, IT, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and other financial reporting applications; experience in finance transformation roles.
• Knowledge of Coupa and SAP Group Reporting is a plus.
• Must be able to legally work in the US.

Responsibilities

• SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Management: Ensure smooth operation of financial modules (General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Cost/Profit Center Accounting, Project Systems, Financial Closing, Purchasing).
• Technical & Backend Support: Configure and maintain SAP Financial workflows; support data integrations and system customizations; collaborate with SAP specialists to resolve challenges.

Job Description

As an Associate of Financial Systems, you will report to the Senior Associate of Financial Systems overseeing the management, optimization, and maintenance of Doral’s SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud financial system. Serving as the liaison between IT and Accounting, you will combine technical SAP expertise, finance process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the system effectively supports Doral’s financial and operational needs.

Responsibilities

SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Management:

• Ensure smooth operation of financial modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cost/Profit Center Accounting, Project Systems, Financial Closing, Purchasing etc.).
• Optimize and maintain system performance, security, and compliance.
• Work on system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting issues.

Technical & Backend Support:

• Configure and maintain SAP Financial workflows.
• Support data integrations and system customizations
• Collaborate with SAP specialists to resolve technical challenges.
• Translate finance team needs into technical solutions within SAP.
• Ensure finance processes align with IT capabilities.
• Work with vendors or SAP consultants for additional support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the fields of Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience
• Skilled in organization, problem solving and decision making. Skilled in sharing information with others and facilitating the open exchange of ideas and information
• Proven experience in SAP/S4 HANA Public Cloud, and other financial reporting applications and experience in finance transformation roles
• Knowledge of Coupa and SAP Group Reporting a plus
• Must be able to legally work in the US
