Job summary

Ardmore Roderick is seeking a Financial Systems Support Analyst to join our team in Illinois. You will support and improve the Illinois Tollway’s maintenance and asset management system used by approximately 700 users across departments.

This role will be located at the client site in Lilse, IL and could be hybrid depending on the project and team needs. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in system support, with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools, plus strong analytical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in system support (asset management or financial systems).
• Proficiency in reporting tools and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Team player with strong written and verbal communication.
• Good to excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional support for asset and maintenance management systems.
• Troubleshoot and assist users; support data integrity and reporting.
• Assist in development and testing of new system features, workflows and updates.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and maps for decision-making.
• Support GIS data integration and spatial analysis efforts.
• Conduct data quality reviews and assist with data cleanup and validation.
• Contribute to user training and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve system processes and user experience.
• Monitor system performance and escalate issues as needed.
