Job summary

Ardmore Roderick in Lisle, IL is seeking a Financial Systems Support Analyst to join a team supporting the Illinois Tollway’s asset management system used by ~700 users. This role will be located at the client site in Lisle, IL and may be hybrid depending on client and project needs.

You will provide technical and functional support, assist with process development, and contribute to reporting, data integrity, and user training. Collaboration across IT and client teams is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in system support, in asset management or financial systems.
• Proficiency in reporting tools and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Team player mindset with strong written and verbal communications.
• Good to great organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional support, assist with process development and contribute to reporting and data integrity efforts
• Provide day-to-day support for asset and maintenance management systems, including troubleshooting and user assistance
• Assist in the development and testing of new system features, workflows and updates
• Help create and maintain reports, dashboards and maps to support decision-making
• Support GIS data integration and spatial analysis efforts
• Conduct data quality reviews and assist with data cleanup and validation
• Contribute to user training and documentation efforts
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve system processes and user experience
• Monitor system performance and elevate issues as needed
