Polar Semiconductor, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Financial Systems Analyst to join our Finance & Technology team in Bloomington, Minnesota. This role bridges finance operations and enterprise technology platforms to optimize financial processes, close, and reporting aligned with business objectives.

The position focuses on automating processes, building financial dashboards, and maintaining data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric and Dynamics 365 F&O.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CPA, CMA, or relevant technology certification is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in financial systems analysis, ERP implementation, or finance technology consulting.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Dynamics 365 F&O – functional configuration and admin.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and continuously improve processes across invoicing, collections, cash application, month-end close, and revenue recognition.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards and reporting using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Design, develop, and maintain financial data pipelines and integrations between ERP systems and analytics platforms.
• Support ERP administration, upgrades, and project implementations, coordinating Finance, IT, and vendors.
