Job summary

CFS is seeking a Manager, Corporate Systems to own the systems side of Finance for a large, multinational manufacturer. This on-site role in Seymour, CT demands leadership over financial systems, SOX controls, and cross-functional collaboration with IT and Audit.

You will automate reporting, reconcile multi-system data, and translate business needs into actionable tech solutions, including Tagetik, Power BI, and ERP platforms. A strong accounting/finance background is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with financial close/consolidation, AP/AR, and inventory costing.
• Excel power user with strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Exposure to Tagetik, Power BI, or ERP systems like SAP, Infor M3, or Syteline.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and drive implementations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the superuser for corporate financial systems (including CCH Tagetik).
• Own access controls, configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Partner with Internal Audit on SOX compliance and control improvements.
• Build and automate reporting using Excel and Power BI.
• Reconcile complex, multi-system datasets into decision-ready insights.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and lead implementations and training.
• Support system integration work tied to acquisitions.
