Remote is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our IT–Finance interface. The role focuses on designing, enhancing, and supporting business systems that drive organizational outcomes and align with strategic goals.

You will gather requirements, analyze processes, and lead initiatives across cross-functional teams while mentoring others. This is a full-time, potentially hybrid or remote position with a strong financial systems focus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting complex business and technology initiatives.
Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver solutions that drive operational effectiveness.

Gather and document business and technical requirements, analyzing processes, and delivering solutions that improve operational efficiency and support strategic objectives.
