Job summary

CSCI Consulting is seeking a motivated Financial Systems Analyst to support a high-visibility national security customer. The role combines financial management, ERP systems, data analysis, and process improvement to ensure access to accurate tools and information.

You will work with government personnel to optimize financial operations, strengthen audit readiness, and support modernization efforts involving GFEBS-SA and related systems, reporting, and analytics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; or equivalent experience.
Top Secret with SCI Eligibility or ability to obtain.
At least 3 years of relevant experience, including GFEBS/GFEBS-SA.
Experience supporting SOF or similar complex DoD environments.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support users of GFEBS-SA and related financial management systems.
Analyze and document business processes, system functionality, and reporting needs.
Develop and maintain master data structures like cost centers and WBS.
Create BI reports, dashboards, and data analyses.
Conduct system testing, UAT, and validation for updates.
Research and resolve data discrepancies and system issues.
Assist with user training, help desk support, and change management.
Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with government personnel, technical teams, and stakeholders.
Support audit readiness through controls documentation and compliance.
Prepare reports and briefings to support decisions.
