Job summary

CSCI Consulting is seeking a Senior Analyst / Program Manager I to lead a mission-critical financial systems modernization and audit readiness effort for a national security organization. You will guide ERP modernization, optimize DoD financial operations, and ensure compliance with federal requirements in a secure environment.

You will work with government leaders to identify challenges, manage schedules and deliverables, and strengthen reporting capabilities while maintaining strong customer

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree as listed or professional certification (CPA/CISA/PMP/CGFM/CDFM)
  • Top Secret with SCI Eligibility (or ability to obtain)
  • 8–10 years of DoD financial management experience
  • 5+ years of GFEBS/GFEBS-SA experience, including 1 year with GFEBS-SA
  • 2–3 years supporting SOF or Sensitive Activities environments
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex programs, teams, schedules, and deliverables
  • Strong knowledge of DoD financial management processes, audit readiness, ERP systems, and business transformation initiatives
  • Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving
  • Ability to work with clients to understand their needs
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional presence

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team supporting financial management operations, ERP modernization, audit readiness, and business process improvement
  • Serve as the primary contractor representative for program execution, performance, schedule, and customer satisfaction
  • Provide strategic guidance related to GFEBS-SA implementation, sustainment, integration, and optimization
  • Partner with government leadership to identify operational challenges and risks
  • Oversee development of financial management strategies to improve audit readiness and reporting
  • Coordinate system enhancements, change management, and training initiatives
  • Analyze data to evaluate program performance and inform improvements
  • Prepare executive briefs, reports, findings, and recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Ensure contract deliverables, quality standards, and objectives are met on time and within budget
  • Foster a collaborative, customer-focused environment aligned with company values

Job Description

CSCI Consulting is seeking a highly experienced Senior Analyst / Program Manager I to lead a mission-critical financial systems modernization and audit readiness effort supporting a national security organization. In this role, you will help strengthen the financial foundation that enables sensitive government operations, ensuring resources are managed effectively, securely, and in compliance with federal requirements. This position offers an opportunity to work alongside government leaders and stakeholders to modernize financial management processes, enhance enterprise resource planning (ERP) capabilities, and support operational readiness within a dynamic and highly secure environment. As part of a collaborative team, you will work directly with government personnel to optimize financial operations, strengthen audit readiness, improve reporting capabilities, and support modernization efforts involving GFEBS-SA and related systems.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team supporting financial management operations, ERP modernization, audit readiness, and business process improvement initiatives
  • Serve as the primary contractor representative responsible for program execution, performance, schedule, and customer satisfaction
  • Provide strategic guidance related to GFEBS-SA implementation, sustainment, integration, and optimization
  • Partner with government leadership to identify operational challenges, assess risks, and recommend practical solutions
  • Oversee development of financial management strategies that improve audit readiness, reporting accuracy, information security, and operational effectiveness
  • Coordinate system enhancements, business process improvements, change management activities, and training initiatives
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate program performance and recommend improvements
  • Prepare executive-level briefings, reports, findings, and recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Ensure contract deliverables, quality standards, and mission objectives are achieved on time and within budget
  • Foster a collaborative, customer-focused team environment aligned with CSCI's values of trust, communication, and excellence
Minimum Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field. Alternatively, current certification such as CPA, CISA, PMP, CGFM, or CDFM
  • Top Secret with SCI Eligibility (or ability to obtain as required)
  • 8 to 10 years of Department of Defense financial management experience
  • 5+ years of GFEBS/GFEBS-SA experience, including at least 1 year supporting GFEBS-SA
  • 2 to 3 years supporting Special Operations Forces (SOF) or Sensitive Activities environments
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex programs, teams, schedules, and deliverables
  • Strong knowledge of DoD financial management processes, audit readiness requirements, ERP systems, and business transformation initiatives
  • Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving
  • Ability to work with clients to understand their needs
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
