Job summary

People, Technology & Processes is seeking a Financial Execution and Operations Support, Systems Program Analyst to provide program and data-analysis support at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD. ACTIVE SECRET clearance is required to work on mission/customer funding data and cost-tracking reports.

The role emphasizes proficiency with Army financial/data systems and governance practices, along with the ability to collect, analyze, and report funding data across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical field (E2 Analyst, Management I).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis (E2 Analyst, Management I).
• Active Secret clearance.
• Proficiency with Army financial/data systems and reporting tools.
• Demonstrated ability to collect, analyze, and report program and funding data.
• Desired: Experience with GFEBS/EMPOWER and BOBJ reporting.
• Prior DEVCOM C5ISR or ACC-APG program support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Update and provide reports on mission and customer funding utilizing the BusinessObjects interface.
• Support manpower cost tracking throughout the fiscal year for government and contractor employees.
• Provide troubleshooting and reporting support for the DATAAPS system.
• Support SharePoint and records/storage assessments and recommendations.
