Insight Global is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to support Oracle EPM Cloud EPBCS/PBCS, Smart View, and related FP&A processes for a top banking client.

You will serve as a liaison between Finance and Technology, manage data loads, reconciliations, and reporting, and drive process improvements in a regulated environment.

This role requires 3+ years in financial systems, strong analytical skills, and experience with Power BI and SQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, CS, or related field.
• 3+ years supporting financial systems, FP&A processes, accounting systems, reporting platforms, or BI tools.
• Hands-on Oracle EPM Cloud experience (EPBCS/PBCS) and Smart View reporting.
• Master's degree or MBA, CPA, CMA, Oracle EPM Certification, or related certifications.

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst for a top banking and financial services client. This candidate will support the administration, optimization, and ongoing operation of Oracle EPM Cloud, with a primary focus on EPBCS and Smart View environments. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between Finance and Technology teams, ensuring accurate and timely financial data is available for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making. Responsibilities include managing financial data loads and reconciliations, enhancing Smart View reporting capabilities, supporting planning and forecasting cycles, troubleshooting system issues, maintaining controls and documentation, and driving process improvements across financial systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance systems professional who enjoys blending technical expertise, financial analysis, and stakeholder partnership within a highly visible and regulated environment.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years supporting financial systems, FP&A processes, accounting systems, reporting platforms, or BI tools
• Hands‑on Oracle EPM Cloud experience (EPBCS/PBCS)
• Experience with Oracle Smart View reporting, ad hoc analysis, data retrieval, and data submission
• Experience with Essbase, financial metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, and business rules
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting financial data integrity, reconciliations, and reporting processes
• Master's degree or MBACPA, CMA, Oracle EPM Certification, or related certifications
• Banking, financial services, FP&A, or highly regulated industry experience
• Oracle EDM, PCMCS, Narrative Reporting experience
• EPM Automate, Data Management, and Data Integrations experience
• Power BI and SQL experience
• Automation tool experience
• Data warehouse platform experience
• SOX controls, audit support, and governance experience
• Process improvement and financial systems documentation experience
