Job summary

CSI Companies is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with strong FP&A background and hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM expertise. You will partner with finance and product teams to translate business needs into scalable FP&A solutions and support planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.

You will work with Product Owners, finance leadership, developers, testers, and data teams to deliver robust, compliant FP&A capabilities and drive continuous improvement in Oracle Fusion Cloud

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM in FP&A environments.
• Experience supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Experience creating user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Experience supporting testing activities including UAT and regression testing.

Responsibilities

Job description

CSI Companies is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with a strong Financial Planning & Analysis background and hands on Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) experience. This role focuses on supporting and enhancing enterprise FP&A systems while serving as a key liaison between finance stakeholders, product teams, and technology teams.

This opportunity is ideal for a finance systems professional who enjoys translating business requirements into scalable solutions, optimizing financial processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM environments.

You will work closely with Product Owners, finance leadership, developers, testers, and data teams to deliver solutions that improve financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and decision making.

Hours: Standard business hours

Location: Hybrid, 2 days per week at a local Deloitte office

Pay: Competitive rate based on experience, education, and credentials

What you will do

• Partner with Product Owners and finance leaders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements
• Support the maintenance, enhancement, and integration of FP&A systems and finance capabilities
• Build, document, and optimize complex financial planning and analysis processes
• Translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
• Facilitate backlog refinement and sprint planning activities
• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, testers, data teams, and finance stakeholders
• Develop test strategies, test data, test scenarios, and test scripts
• Support system testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, defect triage, and solution validation
• Configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM functionality including dimensions, metadata, forms, business rules, workflows, security, and data loads
• Perform routine Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM operational and administrative activities
• Investigate processing issues and coordinate resolution efforts
• Support post implementation activities including release readiness, administration, regression testing, and end user support
• Develop communication, process, and training materials to support adoption and change management
• Perform descriptive and diagnostic data analysis including root cause analysis, impact analysis, and scenario analysis
• Create process models, working prototypes, and solution design artifacts
• Maintain detailed documentation of requirements, configurations, testing outcomes, business processes, and decisions
• Support knowledge sharing, mentoring, and continuous improvement initiatives
