Job summary

Rivet is seeking a Financial System Administrator to support Mountain Home AFB, Idaho. The role covers computer systems administration and financial applications, ensuring daily operations and long‑term system viability, with coordination across HQ ACC FMF, DMCs, ESD, and local staff.

The successful candidate will hold DoD 8140/DCWF qualifications, Tier 3 clearance eligibility, and experience with AF financial systems and standard software suites (Windows, Office, Teams).

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Tier 3 (T3) investigation for access to classified information is required prior to performance.
• IT‑II certification and SSBI completed for elevated privilege on AFN.
• DoD CAC access required for installation and network access.
• Full qualification under DoD 8140 DCWF for System Administrator, Intermediate level, by day one.
• Experience installing, configuring, maintaining workstations, printers, and peripherals per AFNETOPS guidance.
• Experience with financial/enterprise applications (DEAMS, DTS, CRIS, DJMS, IAPS, JOCAS, ADVANA).
• Known MS Windows, MS Office, MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain staff workstations and peripherals per AFNETOPS guidance.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot financial/enterprise applications (DEAMS, DTS, CRIS, DJMS, IAPS, JOCAS, ADVANA); upgrades as released.
• Provide same‑day response and resolution or escalation for application, OS, DB, and server issues within 8 hours.
• Manage HQ ACC/FM telecommunications, iPhones, VoIP, and conference/VC equipment.
• Support 50–65 PCs weekly, including hardware setup, relocation, and testing.
• Deliver training on Microsoft Office, Windows, Power BI, and telework tools; provide status reporting.
• Serve as IT Asset Manager and Equipment Custodian with inventory control per AFMAN 17‑1203.
