Job summary

Rivet Operations Company is seeking a Financial System Administrator to support Headquarters Air Combat Command FM at Joint Base Langley Eustis. The role covers computer systems administration and financial systems applications, ensuring daily operations and system viability with strong collaboration across HQ ACC/FM, DMCs, ESD, and local staff.

The ideal candidate will hold DoD 8140 DCWF qualification, be able to obtain CAC access, and experienced with MS Windows, Office, and enterprise

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship.
• Tier 3 clearance adjudication for access to classified information before start.
• IT-II certification with SSBI to obtain elevated privilege on the AF network.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD CAC for installation and network access.
• Full qualification under DoD 8140 DCWF Work Role 451, Intermediate level.
• Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations and peripherals per AFNETOPS guidance.
• Experience installing and troubleshooting financial/enterprise applications with rapid 8-hour response.
• Working knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, and MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain staff workstations and peripherals.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot financial applications (DEAMS, DTS, CRIS, DJMS, IAPS, JOCAS, ADVANA).
• Provide same-day troubleshooting and resolution or escalation within 8 hours.
• Manage HQ ACC/FM telecommunications and equipment.
• Perform general IT tasks for 50–65 PCs weekly and hardware setup/relocation.
• Deliver one-on-one training on Office, Windows, Power BI, and AF telework tools; provide monthly status reports.
• Act as IT Asset Manager and Equipment Custodian with inventory control.
