Job summary

Rivet Operations Company LLC is seeking a Financial System Administrator at Offutt AFB in Bellevue, Nebraska. The role ensures uninterrupted daily financial operations and long-term system viability through computer operations, LAN/PC installation, network configuration, and coordination with HQ ACC/ FMF and other centers.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• IT-II certification and SSBI clearance required to obtain elevated privileges.
• DoD 8140 DCWF standard for System Administrator, Intermediate level.
• Experience configuring Windows workstations, printers, and peripherals.
• Experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting financial/enterprise apps.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain staff workstations per AFNETOPS guidance.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot financial applications (e.g., DEAMS, DTS, CRIS, DJMS, IAPS, JOCAS, ADVANA).
• Provide same-day response and resolution for app/OS/server issues within 8 hours.
• Manage HQ ACC/FM telecommunications and Gov-issued devices.
• Perform general IT support for 50–65 PCs per week.
