Would you be a great Financial Strategy & Compliance Analyst?

You should demonstrate the ability to set priorities, take initiative, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines independently. Strong project management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams are essential. Success in this role also requires being detail-oriented and able to work effectively independently. Responsibilities include analyzing large datasets to identify trends and patterns, and collaborating with teams to translate data findings into actionable insights.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to provide clear updates to the Director, Financial Strategy & Compliance, and external stakeholders. You will also understand and track the full financial picture of key programs, including revenue, cash flow, procurement, and payables, and participate in regular meetings to align on program requirements. Problem-solving skills with a customer service focus will be beneficial for various tasks.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex business processes and data sets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (including advanced Excel, database queries, Power Automate) and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau
  • Willingness to learn new tasks and procedures
