Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled at least half-time pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Available to work 20–30 hours per week while in school.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Preferred exposure to finance, analytics, or information systems.
• Able to work onsite in Pasadena and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis: support modeling, forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: collect, organize, analyze and interpret financial and operational data.
• Financial Operations & Documentation: maintain records, validate data, track status.
• Process Improvement & Innovation: streamline workflows and improve data management.
• AI & Automation Initiatives: explore tools to improve reporting and document management.
• Strategic & Operational Support: assist projects supporting financial strategy and planning.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with analysts and teams across JPL.
