Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, CA seeks an Academic Part Time Intern for the Business Administration Group. You will support a range of administrative functions, gain hands-on experience with business processes, data platforms, and workflow automation, and help develop dashboards and internal tools that improve efficiency.

Ideal candidates are enrolled full- or part-time in relevant programs and can commit 20 hours weekly.

Formación

• Must be enrolled at least half-time in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Available to work at least 20 hours per week.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work with and interpret data.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate clearly.
• Minimum GPA 3.0/4.0.

Responsabilidades

• Understand business development workflows, data needs, and opportunity lifecycle processes.
• Design and develop dashboards, trackers, and lightweight applications to support opportunity tracking and portfolio visibility.
• Assist in automating manual workflows using appropriate tools.
• Organize and structure data from multiple sources for consistent reporting and analysis.
• Contribute to internal team sites or knowledge-sharing platforms to improve information accessibility.
• Collaborate with Business Administration Section team members and provide backup during peak periods.
