Qualifications

• Must be enrolled at least half-time at an accredited college/university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 20 hours per week and up to 30 hours per week while in school.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills with data interpretation ability.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• Minimum cumulative GPA 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.

Responsibilities

• Support financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to inform planning and decisions.
• Assist in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting financial and operational data; prepare reports and management summaries.
• Support financial administration activities, document organization, data validation, and status tracking.
• Contribute to process improvements, improving workflows and data management.
• Explore AI, automation, and technologies to improve reporting, document management, and tracking.
• Participate in projects that support financial strategy, business planning, and operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across JPL to support requirements and special projects.
