The University of Tennessee Foundation, Inc. invites applications for the position of Financial Specialist. This role reports to the Executive Director of Accounting and Finance Operations and supports fiduciary oversight for the UT Foundation.

The role involves routine accounting tasks, procurement card entry, accounts payable review, and travel reimbursement auditing. Ideal candidates hold an Associate degree with at least 6 months of office experience, with a preferred Bachelor's degree in

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with a minimum of 6 months of experience in an office environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business or accounting.

Responsabilités

• Daily personal interaction and communication with peers and staff members.
• Monitor the business office email inbox.
• Entry of system-wide procurement card statements into Oracle ERP, reviewing and assigning GL accounts.
• Review invoices for compliance to fiscal policy and accurately enter into Oracle ERP.
• Assist with expense auditing for travel reimbursements to avoid duplication and ensure policy compliance.
