Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 1-3 years of related experience in sales, business development, banking, or customer service.
• Strong communication, sales, relationship-building and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to members and identify opportunities to provide financial solutions.
• Recommend and explain Credit Union products and services based on member needs.
• Open new accounts, process membership applications, and originate consumer loans.
• Build strong member relationships through exceptional service and communication.
• Participate in business development activities and community events, and assist referral-building efforts.
• Ensure compliance with Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulations.
