Job summary

Netsmart Technologies is seeking a Solution Delivery Consultant to help clients set up and optimize financial and billing features within Netsmart software. You will configure, test, and troubleshoot while aligning software with client revenue workflows.

This role is based onsite in Overland Park, KS, with travel expectations. You’ll work in a collaborative environment, conducting client-focused design sessions, training end users, and guiding upgrade readiness and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of healthcare IT or implementation experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environments.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through solution design, configuration, testing, training, and adoption.
• Translate technical concepts and project updates into clear guidance for client stakeholders.
• Build strong client relationships through meetings, workshops, and ongoing support.
• Configure and validate financial and revenue-cycle workflows, including billing and payments.
