Academy Bank is seeking a proactive Personal Banker to serve customers with fast, friendly service and to develop trusted relationships. You will open accounts, handle transactions, and promote digital banking tools to meet client needs.

The role emphasizes achieving sales goals, working with partners, and maintaining high accuracy in all tasks. A strong communicator with detail orientation is essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 6 months client service experience required or preferred.
• 6 months sales experience preferred.
• 6 months cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to be NMLS licensed and registered and obtain a state notary license.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, easy, and personal service and resolve client issues.
• Promote banking products and services to clients and prospects.
• Achieve daily, monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with business partners to maximize opportunities.
• Open checking and savings accounts and process client transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking platforms and mobile tools.
• Refer products to other bank lines and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Protect client information and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with banking center operations and cash handling tasks.
• Complete monthly regulatory training and documentation.
