Qualifications

• Series 7 & 66 licenses required, or 63/65 with condition to pass the missing series within 60 days.
• At least one year of experience in the investments/financial services industry.
• Experience in a sales environment with goals met or exceeded.
• Ability to build and nurture strong client relationships.
• Ability to incorporate regulatory due diligence and SAFE Act requirements into daily activity.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investments strategies aligned with client goals and needs.
• Triages client requests and makes referrals to internal service providers based on asset thresholds.
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and services.
