Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a licensed financial advisor to provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients, helping them achieve financial goals. The role includes triaging leads, referring to partners, reviewing goals, and building financial plans with brokerage products.

Requires Series 7 and 66 licenses (63/65 accepted). Prior investments experience and strong client relationships are essential.

Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 & 66 licenses; 63/65 in lieu of 66 accepted with condition that missing series passed within 60 days.
• At least one year experience in investments and financial services; sales environment with goals.
• Desirable CFP or CRPC designations; insurance licenses beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Works with clients to plan short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products.
• Recommends banking and investments strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and makes referrals to internal service providers based on needs and assets.
• Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
• Identifies potential new clients through referrals or center clientele.
• Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs.
