Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Financial Advisor to provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities include triaging client leads, referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals, building a financial plan, and recommending brokerage products.

This position requires SAFE Act registration and appropriate licensing.

Qualifications

• Holds Series 7 & 66 (63 & 65 in lieu of 66) licenses or equivalent licensure flexibility.
• At least one year experience in investments and financial services.
• Experience in a sales environment with goals met or exceeded.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate regulatory due diligence in daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short and long-term financial goals with brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investments strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and refers to internal service providers.
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals.
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners.
