Competenze

Hold Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses, with a plan to obtain missing series within 60 days.
At least one year of investments experience and knowledge of investment products.
At least one year in financial services or a sales environment with goals met.
Strong relationship-building, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with regulatory due diligence.

Mansioni

Work with clients to plan short and long-term financial goals and build a financial plan using brokerage products.
Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
Triages client requests and makes referrals to internal service providers based on need.
Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or center clientele.
Provide coaching to referral partners based on client needs and product services.
