Job summary

Qualifications

• Series 7 and 66 licenses required; 63/65 accepted if plan to pass missing series within 60 days.
• At least 1 year of investments experience and knowledge of investment products/services.
• Minimum 1 year in financial services or sales with targets met or exceeded.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and time management in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan client financial goals and develop a brokerage-focused financial plan.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and makes referrals to internal service providers by assets.
• Mitigate and manage risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify potential new clients through referrals and existing clientele.
• Coach referral partners based on client needs and product offerings.
