Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a licensed financial professional to provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them reach financial goals. You will triage leads, refer to partners, review goals, build a financial plan, and recommend brokerage products. This role requires SAFE Act registration and ongoing training.

Open to candidates across the US, with in-office collaboration expectations and flexible benefits. Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Holds Series 7 & 66 licenses (or 63/65 with plan to obtain 66)
• At least 1 year experience in the investments industry and financial services/sales environment

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short- and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products
• Recommend banking and investments strategies aligned with client goals
• Triages client requests and makes referrals to internal service providers
• Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities
• Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele
• Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs
