Job summary

Bank of America seeks candidates for an in-office Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I, starting with SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 licensing. You’ll learn client acquisition, relationship building, and financial planning basics, progressing toward broader advisory roles. The Academy supports ongoing development and cross‑team collaboration.

You will work in a center environment, with pathing to more senior roles and expanded duties across banking and Merrill products.

Qualifications

• Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
• Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity.
• Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions.
• Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
• Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client’s interest in a complex, fast-paced environment.

• Learns and adapts to new technology or applications.
• Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
• Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
