Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I to begin with securities licensing and to learn foundational advisory skills. You will help clients with core banking and investment solutions while progressing through staged roles within the Bank of America and Merrill teams.

Initially you will train on SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 exams and move toward building client relationships, delivering personalized solutions and growing a client base within a financial center network.

Qualifications

• Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
• Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity.
• Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions.
• Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
