Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I to begin licensing for SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 while building foundational advisory skills in a client-focused environment. The role serves as a gateway to delivering core banking and investment solutions from a financial center.

Training is provided with coaching from Academy managers, and successful candidates will progress to higher levels within Bank of America and Merrill.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage client relationships and deliver Bank of America’s client-care approach.
• Provide end-to-end guidance and coordinate with banking and investment partners.
• Advance toward required licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) within stated timelines.
• Deliver client reviews and presentations and recommend financial strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to connect clients with appropriate solutions.
