Bank of America in Glendale, CA is seeking a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I to start with a structured licensing path (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) and to develop foundational advisory skills. You will learn to acquire, build, and manage client relationships and guide clients with solutions to improve their financial lives.

As you progress to Stage II, you’ll expand relationships within a portfolio, collaborating with core banking and Merrill partners to meet diverse financial needs.

Qualifications

• Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
• FINRA SIE license is desirable; series licenses may be pursued.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or 1 year in financial services or sales is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Obtain SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 licenses as part of the role.
• Build and manage client relationships and provide financial guidance.
• Collaborate with banking and investment partners to meet client needs.
• Deliver end-to-end advice, with client reviews and recommended strategies.
