Job summary

Bank of America in California is seeking a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I to begin licensure with SIE, Series 7 and Series 66, progressing to advisor roles. You will learn to acquire, build and manage client relationships while offering banking, investment solutions, and personalized financial guidance.

Success leads to advancement to Stage II as you grow a client portfolio and collaborate with banking and Merrill partners to meet diverse financial needs.

Qualifications

• Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
• Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity.
• Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions.
• Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
• Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client’s interest in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Executes multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Learns and adapts to new technology or applications.
• Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with banking customers, small business owners and higher net worth clients.
• Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice, deliver client reviews/presentations with confidence, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to meet clients' financial needs.
• Grow and deepen relationships within a portfolio of clients.
