Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I to begin licensing (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) and learn to provide foundational client advice. You will develop skills in acquiring, building, and managing client relationships and guiding clients through their financial decisions.

As you grow, you will progress to Stage II and beyond within Bank of America and Merrill, supported by structured training and a dedicated Academy that offers programs, tools, and resources for career

Qualifications

• Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
• Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions.
• Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities
