Job summary

Bank of America in California seeks a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I to begin licensing steps, including SIE, Series 7 and Series 66. This role trains in a supportive academy and progresses to client-facing advisory work at a financial center. Strong licensing would lead to broader opportunities within Bank of America and Merrill.

You’ll build relationships, deliver banking and investment solutions, and grow your knowledge through structured programs while meeting regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
• Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity.
• Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs and recommending solutions.
• Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
• Demonstrates a results-driven mindset while prioritizing client’s interest in a complex, fast-paced environment.

• Learns and adapts to new technology or applications.
• Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
• Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, build and manage client relationships to consider a client’s complex financial picture and guide them with advice and solutions.
• Deliver Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions and approach to client care.
• Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice, deliver client reviews/presentations with confidence.
