Merrill Wealth Management invites applicants to join the Advisor Development Program (MFSA) in the United States. You will receive structured training, mentorship from managers, and exposure to affluent and high-net-worth clients as you build advisory and relationship management skills.

Located in a Merrill branch, you’ll begin with foundational client reviews, learn investment advisory strategies, and connect clients to a full suite of financial solutions through Bank of America and Merrill

Qualifications

  • FINRA SIE is required.
  • 4+ years of progressive professional and/or military experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in the investments industry.
  • Ability to obtain Series 7 and 66 licenses within allotted program time.
  • Self-starter who efficiently manages time and capacity.
  • Sets and accomplishes goals, achieving what one sets their mind to.
  • Builds and nurtures strong relationships.
  • Collaborates effectively with others to get things done.
  • Communicates effectively and confidently with clients.
  • Manages goals and navigates complexity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provides tailored and personalized advice to clients through reviews and presentations.
  • Understands client solutions best suited for financial needs (e.g., core Banking, Investment and Life Priority™).
  • Shadows Financial Advisor teams to expand network and discuss new products to promote portfolio growth.
  • Uses resources and technologies to optimize the customer experience and service delivery.
  • Participates in ongoing training to develop a book of business and meet financial targets.
  • Builds relationships with internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
  • Manages risk proactively across business activities with available tools.
