Job summary

Wonderful is seeking a Vertical Product Manager to own our financial services solutions for banks, digital banks and insurers. You will shape the strategy, develop the roadmap and lead go-to-market for a repeatable catalog of solutions that can be sold and deployed across multiple countries.

You will partner with country GMs, Deployment Strategists, HQ product groups, R&D and marketing to translate field experience into scalable offerings, ensuring accuracy, explainability and compliance with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management, solutions or strategy in B2B or enterprise software.
• Experience building products for banks, insurers or financial institutions.
• Experience taking a product from discovery to repeatable sales.
• Experience working with engineering, sales and customer-facing teams.
• Experience presenting to and influencing senior executives.
• AI-native PM with ability to use AI tools to build prototypes and demos.

Responsibilities

• Drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Wonderful's financial services solutions.
• Identify high-value repeatable solutions for banking and insurance.
• Convert recurring customer needs into productized solutions with HQ and R&D.
• Own go-to-market demos, pricing, business cases and references.
• Partner with marketing and sales on positioning and enablement.
• Understand bank and insurer operations, regulation and competitors.
• Set accuracy, explainability and audit standards for regulated finance.
• Own market rollout and cross-country expansion.
• Lead cross-functional teams from discovery to production.
• Define and track metrics; communicate progress to leadership.
• Operate independently, think strategically with exec and tech audiences.
