What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer complex inbound account inquiries with advanced knowledge of financial products
- Troubleshoot customer inquiries regarding online enrollment and password issues
- Enter and review new account applications from various channels
- Process and review transactions, including credit line increase requests
- Perform other duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls with detail and accuracy
- A quiet, distraction-free, secure workspace
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and computer experience
- Clear and professional communication skills, both verbally and written
