What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer complex inbound account inquiries using advanced knowledge of various financial products
- Troubleshoot customer inquiries related to online enrollment and other online issues
- Enter and review new account applications from multiple channels
- Process and review transactions, credit line increase requests, and payments
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls with attention to detail and accuracy
- A quiet, distraction-free, secure workspace
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work autonomously in a virtual environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated computer experience and technical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to navigate through multiple systems simultaneously with dual monitors
- Clear and professional communication skills, both verbally and written
