Financial Services Representative
Have a passion for helping people? Join our team as a Financial Services Representative, where you’ll dedicate time to growth and career development while supporting our customers through inbound calls. Prepare for a future as the face of Fidelity in our Investor Centers. Benefit from paid training to obtain your Series 7 & 66 licenses, personalized support, knowledgeable career guides, and recognition of your achievements. During onboarding, you’ll support Fidelity’s customers by answering questions about accounts, making withdrawals, transferring funds, identifying resources, and placing trades, primarily working from home with one day per week in the Investor Center. After onboarding, you will work in the Investor Center daily.
In your first year, your onboarding leader will support you through our industry-leading training program, with a mix of remote work and in-center support.
Obtain Licenses: Become a FINRA Registered Representative by studying for and earning your SIE, Series 7 Top Off, and Series 66 licenses. Fidelity covers all costs, including paid study time, coaching, and review classes. Successful completion of all exams is required.
Build and Solidify Skills: Spend four days a week working remotely and one day in an Investor Center, supporting customers with increasing complexity. You’ll also have dedicated time weekly for skill development, networking, and online learning. After training, transition to full-time work in an Investor Center, with potential remote support before the transition depending on business needs.
