As an Agent Team Member, you will develop customer relationships, educate clients through needs-based reviews, establish marketing goals with the agent, and grow the business by developing leads and scheduling appointments.

Qualifications

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales), preferred.
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas, preferred.
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks.
